Sarah is a licensed esthetician with a certification in permanent cosmetics, who completed her training in Michigan and Chicago. She brings over a decade of experience in the beauty industry and business management, with a professional background that includes management of salons, spa/medspa, and plastic surgery practices. At 416, she provides continued education to stylists to stay number one in the industry with current techniques, evolving trends and the highest elevated level of service to clients.
More than anything, Sarah is deeply passionate about service and leadership—values that ultimately led her to become the owner of Salon 416. She is committed to building a culture where her team feels supported, challenged and inspired to grow, all while embracing individuality. She is dedicated to creating an environment where both clients and her team feel relaxed, warm, welcomed and truly valued. Her mission is to continue serving her team and the community by building meaningful relationships through grace and love—one connection at a time.

Alexa is a spirited, energetic stylist working for the past nine years. She has been exposed to the greatest professionals in the business through seminars that have lead her to Mt Pleasant, Grand Rapids, and Chicago along with participating in Redken Color Courses. Her dedication to furthering her education through color and cutting technique classes is an on going process. Alexa’s passion is for her clients to feel beautiful and the best they can feel about themselves.

Aubree received her cosmetology license from Mott College in 2015. She is most passionate about hair coloring, modernized blonding, and balayage techniques. Aubree is certified in selling Halo Contour extensions. She is constantly improving her skills, learning new techniques, experimenting, and keeping herself up to date with current trends. She is very excited about being a part of the Salon 416 family!
Aubree loves to stay connected with her clients, share beautiful hair, keep people informed about things happening in the salon. When she's not at the salon, you can find her spending time with family and friends, or at the park with her dog.

Avvey is a passionate and dedicated stylist who knew from a young age that she was meant to be behind the chair—starting cosmetology school while still in high school. She specializes in blonding and custom color, and is certified in Pure Brazilian smoothing treatments. She makes it a point to stay up to date on new techniques and attend classes so her skills are always improving. Avvey’s favorite part of her job is connecting with new people every day and helping them feel like the most confident version of themselves.
Outside of the salon, Avvey enjoys spending time with friends and family, decompressing at the gym, and embracing all things beauty.
Carrie has enjoyed working in hair design for the past 15 years. She is certified in Brazilian Blowout and continuously is educated on the latest hair coloring techniques. Her expertise is in color blending, melting highlighting techniques in Ombre, Paddle board Balyage, as well as hand painted Balyage, and in addition to Foil Highlights. Carrie’s passion for hair has lead her to many hair shows and courses on women as well as men’s hair styling.
Carrie has been a hairstylist for more than 25 years. After taking some time away to raise her family, her passion for hair and serving people led her to Salon 416. Carrie understands the importance of continued education to provide the very best services for her clients. She is certified in Brazilian Blowouts and has taken many courses for hair cutting and coloring. Carrie is committed to giving her clients the best experience, helping them choose the right style and color that suits them best, and teaching them how to achieve their desired look at home. Carrie's patience and attention to detail make her a wonderful addition to the Salon 416 team.
Dana is a detail-driven hairstylist who specializes in dimensional blonding, highlights, and lived-in color.
She believes great hair should feel beautiful, effortless, and personalized. With her background in art, she takes the time to carefully customize each color service, paying close attention to the details that elevate a look from good to exceptional.
Erica takes great pride in being educated in new and advanced hair techniques. Erica formulates custom color for each client based on their needs. Specializing in blonding, balayage, corrective color and fashion tones, she loves to create beautiful hair color. Her goal is to help clients achieve their best personal hairstyle with color and a cut that flatters and enhances their best features. Erica recently completed the Aveda Color Mastery Series and in the past has worked for TIGI as a professional hair educator. Erica loves to share her passion for hair with her clients!

Erica is a dedicated and passionate stylist. She is certified in multiple methods of extensions including, hand-tied, hidden bead, k-tip and volume weft extensions. She specializes in blonding and balayage. Outside of the salon she enjoys traveling, hiking kayaking and spending time with her wiener dog, Woody.

Kayla graduated as a licensed cosmetologist before finishing high school in 2019. Since then, she has been in the industry for 4 years and continues to attend numerous classes, including the Chicago hair show, to sharpen her skills. Kayla specializes in blonding, custom lived in color, hair painting and formal styles. Kayla is also certified in Brazilian Blowout. She gained unique job experience from her time serving clients with thinning and loss of hair, which helps her empathize with clients who are struggling through their hair journey. Kayla strives to help each individual feel beautiful and confident when they leave her chair.

With a degree in Fine Arts, Kris approaches hairstyling as an artist. Her first inspiration for cutting hair was in the 6th grade when she gave herself a Dorthy Hammil hair cut and did a fine job. However, her passion grew after college and has been styling hair for the past 25+ years. Her expertise has come from extensive training and courses. Kris has studied Glemby Training, Paul Mitchell, Aveda, Schwartzkofp Color, Redken Symposium, Sam Villa, Wella Color, Bumble and Bumble, Manardi Color, as well as the Chicago Midwest Hair Show, and International Beauty Show.
Samira Kassem has been a hairstylist in Fenton for nearly a decade. With a background in interior design, she brings a natural eye for color, detail, and aesthetics to her work behind the chair. Samira is Redken-certified and specializes in color, highlighting, and precision cutting. She also offers Brazilian blowouts, which she recommends for improved shine, manageability, and overall hair health. Samira values the lasting relationships she’s built with clients and loves helping each one look and feel their best.

Sydney graduated as a licensed cosmetologist from Douglas J Aveda in 2022. She specializes in bonding, lived-in colors and extensions. Sydney is certified in six different extension methods and four different extension lines. She is passionate about taking education classes to continue expanding her knowledge and keep up with all the new trends. Outside of the salon Sydney loves to do Pilates, travel, try new coffee shops, and spend time with her dog Lola.
Taylor received her cosmetology license before graduating high school in 2024. She has been passionate about hair ever since. She specializes in blonding and custom hair color, and is constantly learning new techniques to elevate her craft. Taylor loves being a part of the 416 family and building genuine connections with her clients. She is committed to ensuring her clients leave the salon feeling confident and beautiful. When she’s not behind the chair, you can find her spending time with family and friends, traveling, or playing with her Belgian Malinois, CoCo.
Theresa's love for hairstyling goes back to when she was a little girl. Her passion for art and fashion allow her to approach hairstyling as an artist. Theresa's 25+ years of experience and continuing education in the newest quality products and hairstyles provide her clients with the very best. She is certified as a colorist and in color correction at Wella Academy as well as at the Aquage Academy. Her specialty is hair cutting and knows the importance of being an active listener as well as communicator to provide her clients with the very best experience in professional haircare.
